About the travelers

We took our first trip together in 2005, to Vietnam. It was such fun we decided to get married and keep on traveling. Each place below is linked to its blog. So many good times, so much good food, such beautiful places and people.
Our favorite place in the world is Southeast Asia. There's something about it that won our hearts during our first trip in 2005. We love the food, the smell of the air, the people, the rhythm of life, the countryside. There have been other places we've loved, certainly, but we always kind of feel like we're cheating on SEAsia. Marc does all the planning and Lori writes the blogs and takes most of the photographs. We try to review our hotels and the restaurants on TripAdvisor.
